Fostering creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship (CIE) is crucial for meeting global societal challenges and achieving the sustainable development goals (SDGs), such as alleviation of poverty. Promotion of CIE through digital transformation offers a unique yet little explored option for reaching underprivileged sections of the society in a frugal manner.
